The line of soya processing
The line of soya processing BRONTOil-1000Company BRONTO makes up the lines for extrusion processings of a soya by productivity of 1000 kg/hour.
The line is intended for processing of soya beans with reception of a soya oil cake by residual fat content to 8 % and soya oil with level the inhibitor of tripsin to 0,2 рН. Besides, as a result of processing capsules of fatty cages in a soya are actively collapsed.
The line allows to process soya beans (and also can process rape and sunflower).
Application of this line allows:
to make high-quality vegetable oil
to make a high-quality oil cake
to decrease the level of anti-nutritional substances to the acceptable level in the product
to increase sharply the product cost in comparison with raw materials cost
The configuration of line, kitting-up with the equipment and the level of automation depends exclusively on conditions and wishes of the customer, and also from requirements shown by buyers to vegetable oil and an oilcake.

to delivery the line of soya processing according to the linear (not co-ordinated) configuration
Delivery of a line of soya processing according to a configuration come on agreement with the customer.
The agreement occurs as follows:
the customer informs about exact dimensions of premises in which the line will take places (and gives digital photos of premises), hands over the information on raw materials and requirements to products processing
the design department prepares the offer on a line packaging
the accredited representatives of the customer have meeting with the design group BRONTO for the technical project and final decision agreement about the beginning of manufacture the line
the design group go to line site for removal of the exact sizes of a premise and the agreement of placing of the equipment
the customer confirms a definitive option of a packaging and line placing
we produce the line in exact conformity with the assigned requirements
