PURPOSE OF ROASTER VR-2100-III:

heat the sunflower oil to 115 ºС

before hot pressing in an oil expeller press

 

 

ROASTERS VR-2100-III

used as part of lines for processing high-oil crops:

to reheat the crushed cake before the final oil extraction.

 

The raw material processing process is automated.

Each tank is equipped with:

  • level sensor
  • temperature sensor

Raw materials are poured from the upper tank to the lower one using automatic valves.

To remove excess moisture, atmospheric air is blown through the vats with mint (removed from the workshop).
The amount of such air is regulated for each tank: by an automatic or manual valve.

Each steam bottom is connected to an automatically controlled steam supply system.
