Oil cake humidifier HC-50 is used to humidify oil cake (other crops requiring humidification) in lines for
processing of soybeans, sunflowers, rapeseed or other crops.

The principle of operation is as follows: by adjusting the liquid supply system for a given amount of humidification, you need to turn on the pump.
The regulation is carried out by means of a direct flow valve and a bypass valve.

The humidifier can be made in 2 versions:

• HC-50.00.00.000 – Oil cake humidifier with euro cube, used in enterprises that do not have water supply in the workshop

• HC-50.00.00.000-01 – Oil cake humidifier (option with a stand), used in enterprises with a built-in water supply system in the workshop

The humidifier consists of the following parts: a container or stand (depending on the version), a pump frame, a centrifugal pump and a fluid supply control system.

The system for regulating the supply of liquid is designed to regulate the required amount of water through the nozzles to achieve the required moisture in the cake.
