TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

We have been making machines and completing lines for soybean oil production since 1998.

Our soybean machines now operate in 57 countries, and our technical representatives provide support for extruders, oil presses and lines in 21 countries on 4 continents.

We will adapt the BASIC TECHNOLOGICAL SCHEME for the production of soybean oil mechanically in your conditions: the dimensions of production facilities, logistics at the production site, energy resources and the location of warehouses for raw materials, cake and soybean oil will be taken into account.

 

IMPORTANT:

  • soybeans must be cleaned in accordance with storage regulations
  • soybeans should be dried to 8%

 

If these conditions are met, you will be able to produce from 24 tons of beans up to 4200 kg of soybean oil per day.

SEQUENCE OF OPERATION

SOY PROCESSING TECHNOLOGY has several features that we always take into account when creating line layouts in real conditions:

  • soybean oil is fed to the CLEANING AND STORAGE SYSTEM
