We manufacture equipment that can be easily integrated into a complete canola processing line, adapted to the specific needs of our customers.
Processing stages:
Our technological scheme is designed to get the maximum benefit from every ton of rapeseed.
We offer a comprehensive solution that ensures stable oil quality and premium cake performance.
1. Thermal preparation: automatic heating of raw material to 10–15°C in winter to stabilize the process.
2. Preliminary cold pressing: extraction of rapeseed oil at a temperature of up to 60°C, which allows preserving all the beneficial properties of the product.
3. Extrusion and final pressing: oil cake (oil content 25–30%) is heated in an extruder to 110–130°C. This ensures effective separation of oil residues and preparation of protein for absorption.
4. Cleaning and storage: The oil passes through a separator to remove solids, then is filtered and pumped into closed tanks.
5. The cake is cooled and transported to a floor storage barn.
The output result: cake with a protein content of 34–36% and a residual oil content of only 8–10%.
Your own processing line is not only quality control, but also a significant increase in the added value of your products:

South America is the global epicenter of the soybean industry. Today, Brazil and Argentina grow three times more soybeans than the United States. In order to enter this market with processing equipment and gain a foothold in it, the manufacturer must first prove its quality and reliability in practice under conditions of intensive loads. Competition in this region is high, so buyers choose suppliers very carefully.
corporation from Togo The demand for its processed products is constantly growing, especially in the European Union, where non-GMO soybean meal is highly valued, and in the domestic market, where oil is one of the most desirable products. For agricultural companies, this is not only an opportunity for stable exports, but also a chance to strengthen their positions in global competition. This is exactly the challenge faced by a large Indian corporation developing its agribusiness in Togo. Its main activity is the purchase of soybeans, the production of oil and meal, and the subsequent sale of finished products both on the domestic market and in Europe.
