SEQUENCE OF OPERATION

Soya dried up to 8 … 9% is fed into a four-roll grinder GS-4

Beans are chopped and compressed

Beans are compressed between the first pair of crusher rolls. The shell bursts, and the core breaks into several parts

Soya mixture falls on the second pair of rolls (a smaller gap is established between them). The grinding process is repeated

A mixture of high protein soybean core and shells enters the feeder system and enters the MA-4 air separator

The soybean core is lowered through the air separator channels and discharged from the crusher-husk system

Soy husk has a low specific gravity and high windage. Therefore, with the help of the air flow created by the fan, it rises up and is removed from the air separator through a cyclone

In soybeans, most of the fiber is in the shell, and protein in the soy core

The output of the shell (fiber) using a crusher-husk leads to an increase in the mass fraction of protein in soybean meal
