TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
We have been making machines and completing lines for the production of soybean meal since 1998.
Our soybean machines now operate in 57 countries, and our technical representatives provide support for extruders, oil presses and lines in 21 countries on 4 continents.
We will adapt the BASIC TECHNOLOGICAL SCHEME for the production of soybean cake mechanically in your conditions: the dimensions of production facilities, logistics on the production site, energy resources and the location of warehouses for raw materials, cake and soybean oil will be taken into account.
IMPORTANT:
- soybeans must be cleaned in accordance with storage regulations
- soybeans should be dried to 8%
If these conditions are met, you will be able to produce from 24 tons of beans to 19.5 tons of soybean meal per day. The oil content of the cake will be 7 … 9%.

SEQUENCE OF OPERATION
SOY PROCESSING TECHNOLOGY has several features that we always take into account when creating line layouts in real conditions:
- in the EXTRUDER, soybeans are crushed and heated under high pressure. The activity of urease decreases to 0.05 … 0.2 pH. Fat cells are torn apart. The resulting full-fat soybeans are heated to 130 … 150 ° C. The processing time is 30 … 40 seconds. The nutritional condition of the proteins remains the same.
- after extrusion, in a SPECIAL CONVEYOR the temperature of full fat soybeans is reduced to 90 … 115 ° С and excess steam is removed.
- in the SOYBEAN OIL PRESS from full fat soybeans with an oil content of up to 27%, the oil is mechanically pressed. The oil content of the cake obtained is 7 … 9%. Oil yield – 19 … 20%.
- soybean oil is fed to the CLEANING AND STORAGE SYSTEM.
- Before being sent to the warehouse, the soybean meal is cooled in a COOLER to maintain the nutritional condition of the proteins.
