Bucket elevator chain for vertical transportation of oil crops

Our bucket elevator is specially designed for efficient lifting of full-fat soybeans, cake and breadcrumbs. It is ideal for use in technological lines for the processing of oil crops.

The noria is used for work as part of the technological process scheme with long-term operation, both indoors of class B-IIa according to PUE and outdoors, climatic performance U1, U2 according to GOST 15150.

The chain bucket elevator can be made of galvanized steel (basic version, without markings) or stainless steel (S version).

All nodes of the noria are collapsible, made of bent parts assembled on bolted joints.

Principle of action:

The product is fed into the receiving nozzle of the shoe of the noria, then it is picked up by buckets and rises to the top to the head of the noria, where under the action of centrifugal acceleration, the buckets are unloaded and then the product flows by gravity according to the technological scheme.

Key features:

Versatility: Suitable for a wide range of loose materials.
Reliability: The design ensures long-term operation in difficult conditions.
Modularity: Easily adaptable to various technological schemes.
Materials: Available in galvanized and stainless steel.
Easy installation: Collapsible design makes installation easy.

1 – Head
2 – Shoe
3 – The pipe is straight
4 – The pipe is tensioned
5 – Chain
6 – Ladle
7 – Drive
8 – Accepting sock
9 – Level sensor
10 – Speed sensor

When installing the bucket elevator in the room, the head rests on the pipes and only the upper pipes are unfastened to the windows in the closed ones or the head is unfastened by the lower flange (at the junction of the head and the upper flange of the pipes).

When installing a bucket elevator on an open platform (self-supporting noria) (picture below) to the lower flange of the head of the noria, from the ends as indicated in picture below, plates with eyelets 15 are attached at the places of connection with the pipes (picture below). Next, the head is unfastened (stretched) by the eyelets on the cables in four directions, while maintaining the verticality of the pipe branches and, if necessary, adjusting the horizontality of the head drum with pads.
