  • Ventilation: The room where the feeder is installed must be equipped with supply and exhaust ventilation to ensure an optimal microclimate.
  • Air quality: The content of vapors and dust in the air of the working area of ​​the room must not exceed the permissible values ​​established by GOST 12.1.005.

Operating principle and design features

The raw material enters the feeder through the loading nozzle. Using the auger screw, it moves smoothly along the axis of the feeder and exits through the discharge nozzle to the next unit.

A key feature of the HSF-110 feeder is its steam jacket. Thanks to the steam supply, heat is efficiently transferred to the raw material through the walls of the housing, ensuring its heating during transportation. This allows the required product temperature to be reached without additional processing steps.
