There are two tiers of sieves in the case. Sieves are fixed by handles.
The angle of the sieve can be changed by means of a movable support.
The operation of the vibrating screen is controlled from the control cabinet.
Power the electrical cabinet with a wire with copper cores with a cross section of at least 1.5 mm2.
Vibration motors create reciprocating motion of the housing. The product, through the inlet pipe, falls on the upper sieves and also begins to move. The product of a given size passes through the upper sieve and, moving along the lower sieve, does not pass through the holes of this sieve and exits through the tray.
Inclusions smaller than the specified size pass through the holes of the lower sieve and are discharged through the pipe. The inclusions are larger than the specified size, move along the upper sieve and go into the appropriate pipe. The angle of the vibratory motors can be changed. The marks on the case allow to expose vibromotors in the set position.
To adjust the performance, the angle of the housing can be changed.

The world’s population is steadily growing, and with it, the demand for food products. By 2050, the global population is projected to exceed 9.7 billion. The growing interest in a healthy lifestyle is driving demand for protein-rich diets, with protein demand expected to double by 2050. While animal protein still dominates, it faces sustainability challenges. Alternative proteins, especially those derived from insects, could supply 10–25% of global protein consumption by 2035.
South America is the global epicenter of the soybean industry. Today, Brazil and Argentina grow three times more soybeans than the United States. In order to enter this market with processing equipment and gain a foothold in it, the manufacturer must first prove its quality and reliability in practice under conditions of intensive loads. Competition in this region is high, so buyers choose suppliers very carefully.
