We assemble lines from manufactured machines that are optimally integrated into the real premises and territory of our client.

The scheme complete processing line for soybeans has been designed on the base of non-chemical technology for SOY OIL and SOY MEAL production.

It’s easy and effective as you can process up to 24 tons of soybeans per day.

USED FOR:

• production of high protein feed component
• production of soybean oil

The processing line copes with the following processes: soybeans dehulling or decortication, soy grinding, mixing and heating up due to high pressure, high shear and temperature, decreasing of trypsin inhibitor and urease activity, pressing out the oil from the full fat soybean.

For efficient processing of soybeans:

RAW MATERIAL CLEANING:

Soybeans are cleaned on separators in a mill mode:

• light and heavy impurities are removed
• divided into fractions if necessary
• the content of impurities is not more than 3%

MOISTURE OF RAW MATERIALS:

To optimize the extrusion and pressing processes, the soybeans are dried immediately before processing.

Optimal soybean moisture (for maximum oil yield): 8 … 9%.

REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION SPACES:

• Floor height difference: 5 mm / m
• Indoor temperature: min 5 ° C
