The press is used for pre-pressing vegetable oil.
The press is intended for completing the oil pressing line from oil crops (rapeseed, sunflower) as a first pressing press.
The raw material is fed into the receiving funnel.
The electric motor through the V-belt transmission and the reducer turns the screw shaft, which feeds the raw material into the seer chamber and further transports it in the direction of the output unit.
In the direction of movement of raw materials, the inner diameter (diameter of the depressions) of the screws increases, and the pitch of the screw surface decreases, which leads to a decrease in the free volume of the chamber for raw materials. As a result, the raw material is compressed, which is accompanied by the release of oil.
The oil comes out through the slits of the sight chamber and drains into the pan. The cake coming out of the viewing chamber is crushed and removed from the press into the workshop cake transportation system.
The world’s population is steadily growing, and with it, the demand for food products. By 2050, the global population is projected to exceed 9.7 billion. The growing interest in a healthy lifestyle is driving demand for protein-rich diets, with protein demand expected to double by 2050. While animal protein still dominates, it faces sustainability challenges. Alternative proteins, especially those derived from insects, could supply 10–25% of global protein consumption by 2035.
South America is the global epicenter of the soybean industry. Today, Brazil and Argentina grow three times more soybeans than the United States. In order to enter this market with processing equipment and gain a foothold in it, the manufacturer must first prove its quality and reliability in practice under conditions of intensive loads. Competition in this region is high, so buyers choose suppliers very carefully.
