Commissioning of a new development

Our new product, the CH cooler, has been launched.

At a pellet feed manufacturing enterprise in the Cherkasy region of Ukraine, our specialists launched and adjusted the drying modes of the CH-2000 vertical pellet cooler.

After commissioning and 7 days of operation, the customer is satisfied with the result. The performance and temperature of the product correspond to the declared ones.

The peculiarity of the CH pellet cooler is that the product does not overflow during the process of temperature reduction, and screw feeders are not used for unloading. This prevents the destruction or deformation of the feed pellets.

How did it all happen?

After our partner’s request, the BRONTO designer completed the layout of the CH-2000 cooler into an existing extruded feed production line.
After manufacturing, the buyer took this unit with his own transport and mounted it in accordance with the layout solution and contacted us to set up the operating modes as part of the line.
Our commissioning engineer completed the commissioning within one day.
90 days passed from the first request to the commissioning.
