We manufacture equipment that can be easily integrated into a complete Pini kay briquette production line, adapted to the specific needs of our customers.

Processing stages:

• Crushing wood or chips to the size of sawdust;
• Sorting sawdust by size;
• Drying sawdust to 8-9%;
• Mixing sawdust of different origins;
• Pressing sawdust into briquettes in a screw press;
• Cutting briquettes depending on the specified size or weight;
• Cooling briquettes;
• Packing briquettes into bundles;
• Packing bundles into pallets.

What do we want to say about making Pini kay?

For the production of such briquettes, it is important to control the quality of the raw materials and the path of the raw materials to production.

There are no standards for incoming raw materials for Pini kay, so it will be important for you to know:

• where the raw materials were stored before they reached you;
• how long they were stored;
• whether the raw materials were previously heat treated.

Raw material requirements

For the successful and productive production of these fuel briquettes, the press must receive sawdust:

• with a fraction of 2-4 mm;
• dried to 8-9%;
• with a mineral impurity content of up to 3%.

It should not be stored for more than 2 years before use, be subjected to heat treatment at a temperature of more than 70°C, or come into contact with toxic substances.

Product parameters

If these conditions are met, our equipment will ensure the production of Pini kay briquettes:

• with a productivity of 350-400 kg/h (7-8 t/day);
• with a briquette density of min 1.01 t/m³.

The calorific value of briquettes depends on the raw material. From hardwoods – it will be higher, and from coniferous – lower.

In general, the calorific value of briquettes will be – 4200 – 4900 kCal/kg.
