Screw conveyor VK

The pitch of the screw conveyor is 100 mm (up to 30 m)

Designed for horizontal transportation or at an angle of up to 20° to the horizontal of grain, flour, bran and other bulk products with a bulk density of 250–750 kg/m³.

Used for continuous operation in technological lines of mills, feed mills and other grain processing enterprises.

Loading and unloading nozzles can be installed at any point of these screw conveyors.

Depending on the technological task, the conveyor can be equipped with a screw with a multi-directional winding:

• For product dilution – when the raw material is fed to the center and moved to the opposite edges of the conveyor.
• For product reduction – when the raw material is loaded from the edges of the conveyor and moved to the center (for example, to a common discharge pipe).

The delivery set includes:

• section screw (located in the chute) – depending on the length
• initial chute section (L=2000 mm) – 1 pc.
• final chute section (L=500, 1000, 1500 mm) – 1 pc.
• intermediate chute section (L=2000 mm) – 1 pc.
• conveyor drive – 1 pc.
• rear support – 1 pc.
• membrane level indicator (near the outlet pipes) – according to the customer’s instructions
• loading pipes – according to the customer’s instructions
• unloading pipes – according to the customer’s instructions

Modifications:

• VK – screw conveyors (standard modification)
• VKM – screw conveyors with remote supports (remote supports provide the ability to repair or replace the initial and final support without disassembling the conveyor itself)
• VKL – screw paddle conveyors (provide more intensive mixing of the transported product)
• VKP – rotary screw conveyors (used for cleaning silos)
