A major upgrade of equipment has taken place at the BRONTO factory’s production facilities. We have taken another step towards excellence by replacing outdated, older-generation German-made machine tools with an automated CNC system from South Korea and the latest software.

This move has not only enabled us to improve product quality, but has also fully optimised the production process and significantly reduced the human factor.

What has changed in our production?

• New CNC machine: We have introduced specialised equipment from South Korea for manufacturing parts for our extruders — such as rollers. High rigidity and positioning accuracy ensure the perfect geometry of the components, which guarantees stable operation of the production line.
• High-speed CNC EDM machine: This equipment has increased the production speed of complex parts tenfold. We now manufacture technically complex components — such as splines and dies — with impeccable precision, which were previously impossible to produce using our old machinery.

• Working with thicker metal: Thanks to updated software and the increased capabilities of our machines, we have expanded the range of metal thicknesses we can process. This enables us to create even more robust and durable structures.
