How the product moves:

  • The granules are fed into the receiving funnel 1.
  • Further, through the sluice gate 2, the pellet diffuser 11 enters. In the plates of the diffuser, grooves are made for adjustment.
  • Through the nozzle 10 there is air extraction.
  •  The air passes through the pellets accumulated in the cooling tank 3, collects heat and is removed through the pipe 10.

  • As the granules accumulate, their level increases.
  • When the level reaches the lower sensor level 7, the sensor will signal the activation of the unloading mechanism of the granules 9.
  • The lower frame of the unloading mechanism is stationary in operation.
  • The upper frame is reciprocated, periodically opening (moving to the right: the figure above) the passage for the granules, or closing the passage for the granules (when moving to the left).
