How Indian agri-giant Lifeline Feed modernized production with Bronto
Our client is a large vertically integrated chicken producer, LIFE LINE FEEDS INDIA, from Karnataka. For such a business, predictability is key. When you have thousands of birds, you cannot depend on external suppliers of meal. You need your own plant that consistently produces 200 tons of product per day.

Expansion of soybean meal and oil processing capacity for chicken feed, improvement of product quality. Cooperation with BRONTO began several years ago, when the client installed 8 E-1000 extruders. All this time, they worked in tandem with local Indian presses. The extruders demonstrated exemplary performance, but the presses became the “weak link”:
A cheap press is profitable only at the time of purchase. In operation, it becomes a constant source of losses.
We have completely modernized the production line. The customer already had 8 of our E-1000 extruders successfully operating, so the choice of partner was obvious.
The key stage was the complete abandonment of outdated presses in favor of five modern OP-1000 oil presses for soybean processing. This is premium equipment designed for continuous operation in industrial conditions. Each press provides stable pressing, reducing the residual oil content of the cake to 7-9%, and most importantly, it has an exceptional resource of wear-resistant parts, designed to process more than 5,000 tons of raw materials without replacing the main components.

Thanks to the transition to a comprehensive solution from a single manufacturer, the holding has achieved impressive results:
Economic margin: Deep pressing allows you to get more expensive oil and high-quality cake with an ideal protein index.
Autonomy and safety: Our own workshop guarantees 200 tons of feed daily. No downtime, the line operates without stops for repairs, ensuring the predicted volume of production.
Reliability: While Indian analogues require constant investments due to unforeseen breakdowns and low quality components, our equipment works for your profit. A high resource of spare parts means fewer production stops, minimal service costs and a guaranteed return on investment.
Economic efficiency: Automation has reduced energy consumption and service costs.

This experience has become part of Bronto’s great expansion. While in India we are displacing local manufacturers, our lines are already operating in Peru, Argentina and throughout South America. This confirms the global trend, namely: professional market players choose reliability and automation, because in the long run it turns out to be much cheaper than any “economy options”.
