Before being fed into the press, the raw material is dried, heated, and crushed.

1) Before entering the press, it is necessary to ensure the temperature of the raw material:

2) The moisture content of the raw material should be 7-8%.

 

Our presses are designed for uninterrupted processing of 5-7 thousand tons of raw materials. Usually, this is 1 year of continuous operation.
After that, the press undergoes a scheduled replacement of some of the saw blades, knives and shaft screws.
These spare parts are mass-produced and can be immediately shipped from our factory warehouse or from the warehouses of our representatives.

The presses are equipped with an automatic load control system for the main electric motor.

This system is used after the oil press is brought to optimal operating mode (as part of the production line).
It automatically maintains a constant pressure inside the seer chamber regardless of changes in the operation of other components of the processing line.

In fact, the speed of the main shaft of the press automatically changes (via a frequency control device) depending on the load on the main electric motor of the press.
